Be Thankful

When you live a life out of your comfort zone, you sometimes tend to not appreciate what you've got. All you need is to step out and look around you. That's when you realize how blessed you are. There's so many things to be thankful for.

Find beauty in the things around you, choose patience and happiness, being thankful in this moment and appreciate all of the little things in life that mean so much. - Be still, see the bigger picture beyond yourself, see its beauty. Sometimes it takes hitting rock bottom for your eyes to be truly opened.  Gratitude turns what we have into enough.

One lesson I've learned this week, is that everything has its own timing. You can't force anything, and what will happen will happen. You have to appreciate the moments and the opportunities that are presented before you. It's about pushing through even when things look impossible.

Most of us we can compare ourselves to others, but what does that really do. What I know for sure there will always be naysayers sitting in there little comfort zones critiquing everything you do, and how it could be better. Most of those individuals have too much time on there hands and not focused on what there own dreams and talents are. But they can tell everyone else how to improve. What I say to that is- You step out of your comfort zone, do something daring and different, allow yourself to be vulnerable and see how it feels on the other side.

It's important to note when you are alone, doing what you love, or achieving a goal you set forth, please be aware that the only voice you need to listen to is your own. Push yourself and keep it moving. People from all over will tell you what you should do, how you should do it, but when you look at there lives, make sure they are coming from a place of experience and not criticism.

Remember to be thankful for your struggle because without it I wouldn't have stumbled across your strength.

Don't allow anyone to steal your joy, remember you got this!
